Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for successful service delivery.
Clients are responsible for:
- verifying advertising compliance
- verifying platform compliance (Meta / Google / TikTok / etc.)
- responding to requests for access, data or approvals
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or platform restrictions.
Termination
Both parties may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:
- all unpaid invoices must still be paid
- any content or assets created remain our property unless full payment is completed
Limitation of Liability
AI Management Agency will not be liable for:
- financial loss
- business interruption
- indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update Terms & Conditions at any time and changes will be effective immediately when posted on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
